The OTF-950 is a versatile bench-top optical tunable filter that allows both wavelength tuning and passband adjustment simultaneously and independently. The system is especially useful for characterizing transmission systems with different modulation formats, different ITU-T grid channels and passbands, using only one tunable filter.

Programmable Optical Tunable Filter OTF-930

The OTF-930 tunable filter has a wide variety of filter profile options by combining filter types and the number of cascaded filters to tailor the profile to a suitable application. For an example, a broad filter could be selected for suppressing the ASE of optical amplifier when characterizing the transmission system, or improving the signal to noise ratio of the system, while a narrow filter could be used for channel selection.

Polarization Extinction Ratio Meter PEM-330

The PEM-330 provides simultaneous measurement of polarization extinction ratio(PER), input optical power level, and polarization angle. These are three critical parameters required when aligning polarization maintaining fiber pigtailed devices. The instruments is thus suitable for inspection system in component manufacturing and for evaluation tools in R&D. It is equipped with communication ports to enable fully automated fiber alignment and measurement.
