波長スイープ光源 TSL-510
130nm波長可変、ファインチューニング機能、コヒーレンスコントロール機能などを標準機能として装備した、さまざまな用途に対応できるコンパクトで波長を連続的に可変するベンチトップ型の高性能波長スイープ光源です。高い光出力>+10dBm(Type A/Type C)、<±5pmの波長精度を実現(Type C/Type D)。
The model range has four versions:
Type A：Standard model with +10dBm or more peak output power
Type B：Low noise model with high SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) of 65dB or more
Type C：High wavelength accuracy model of ±5pm or less with built-in wavelength monitor
Type D：Low noise (High SNR) and high wavelength accuracy model
