概要

Abstract: We present a micro-electro-mechanically-systems tunable vertical-cavity surface-emitting-laser (MEMS-VCSEL) for swept-source optical-coherence-tomography (SS-OCT). Carefully designed single mode short cavity VCSEL enables MEMS a variable bandwidth and scanning rate operation which increases the scalability of SSOCT system.
