Shipping of a demo unit

Santec's professional staff will carefully pack and ship the demo unit.

The arrival of a demo unit

Please check the packing list on the manual to ensure that all the items have arrived. Our sales representatives will assist you in setting up the demo unit.

Demo evaluation period

The demo evaluation period is two weeks.
The start date is the day the package arrives. The day you return the demo unit will be the end date of your evaluation.
(Transportation time is not included in the demo unit evaluation period.)

Return of a demo unit

Please make sure ALL items according to the packing list are included in the original packaging materials.
